Marc J. Schwartz: Marc Schwartz has been specializing in estate planning and real estate transactions for over 13 years. He has served as general counsel for two large real estate companies, where he closed several hundred million dollars of real estate transactions, and completed joint ventures with Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley and Northwestern Mutual Life, as well high net worth individuals. Mr. Schwartz has also been successful in savings his clients millions of dollars in estate taxes and probate fees by utilizing uncommon strategies and techniques which have been approved by the IRS. Mr. Schwartz received his undergraduate degree from the University of California, Berkeley, and his law degree from Pepperdine University, where he graduated magna cum laude, and received the American jurisprudence awards in real estate and constitutional law. Mr. Schwartz is an active member in several charitable organizations, and resides in Tarzana with this wife and three children.
